PersonaAgent ("we", "us") is maintained by Agile Developers. This policy explains what information we collect when you use PersonaAgent, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

• Account information you provide (name, email).
• Resumes, projects, and work history you upload.
• Job descriptions and prompts you paste into the app.
• Basic usage telemetry (feature usage, errors) to keep the product reliable.

• To generate tailored resumes, scores, and content from your real career history.
• To improve product reliability and security.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not use your resume or job description content to train third-party foundation models.

Your data is stored in a secure database and protected at rest. Account credentials and sensitive fields are hashed. Only you can access your own data through your authenticated session.

We rely on the following providers to operate PersonaAgent: Google Cloud Platform (hosting & storage), OpenAI (AI model inference), and Cloudflare (security & content delivery). Each provider receives only the data needed to deliver their service.

• You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
• You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
