How we handle your data.

PersonaAgent accounts are protected by individual credentials. Only the account owner can access their own resumes, job analyses, interview stories, and application history.

Our team does not access user content as part of normal operations. Access for support or debugging happens only with your request or as required to protect the service.

Account and resume data is stored securely in our managed database. Data is scoped per account, so a user can only retrieve their own records.

Data is transmitted over TLS between your device, our servers, and the subprocessors listed below.

We rely on the following providers to operate PersonaAgent. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms:

• Google Cloud Platform — application hosting and database infrastructure.
• OpenAI — AI processing for resume tailoring, job-description analysis, and interview stories.
• Cloudflare — edge security, DDoS protection, and content delivery.

We collect the information you provide directly — account details, uploaded resumes, job descriptions you paste in, and the outputs PersonaAgent generates for you. This content is used to deliver the features you request (tailored resumes, match scores, interview stories, LinkedIn posts).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your resume content to train third-party AI models for other customers.

We use essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to keep the application secure. Any product analytics we add are limited to understanding feature usage and are described here when enabled.

You can delete your account and the associated resume data from inside the app at any time. On request, we will remove your stored content from our production systems; routine backups age out on their normal schedule.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability or a privacy issue, please email us so we can investigate. We ask that you give us a reasonable window to respond before any public disclosure.
