By using PersonaAgent, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use PersonaAgent.

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you (e.g. generating tailored resumes and scores).

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Don't use PersonaAgent to fabricate qualifications or impersonate others.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the billing period.

PersonaAgent is provided "as is". AI-generated content may contain errors — review before sending. We don't guarantee specific outcomes (interviews, offers, etc.).

We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
